Availability depends on the dropzone, so we'll match you to the best available slot.

The rest takes care of itself!
Once you've registered, we aim to confirm your jump date within 24 - 48 hours.
Date availability is managed by each dropzone and varies depending on the time of year, instructor availability and weather windows. We'll always try to match your preferred date or get as close to it as possible.
When we confirm your booking you'll receive:
Your confirmed jump date and airfield location
Pre-jump information from your dropzone
Your fundraising pack and charity setup guidance
If you haven't heard from us within 48 hours of registering, drop us a message at Ben@COBWOB.com and we'll pick it up straight away.
The target is £400 per person.
This isn't just a number, it's what makes the whole thing work. Your fundraising covers the cost of your tandem jump and ensures a real, meaningful donation reaches your chosen charity.
How the money splits:
Approx £200-250 covers your jump at the airfield
Approx £150-200 goes directly to your chosen charity
Choosing your charity:
You can jump for any of the charities listed on our charity page.
If yours isn't there, no problem, just let us know when you register and we'll make it happen.
Your £60 registration fee is separate to your fundraising and is not included in the £400 target.
This fee supports COBWOB's coordination, admin and operations.
Age:
You must be at least 18 years old to skydive with COBWOB.
There is no upper age limit, though some drop zones may ask for a GP letter for jumpers over 60.
Weight:
Most of our drop zones accept jumpers up to approximately 14-16 stone or 90-100kg.
The exact limit varies by location and we'll confirm this when booking your slot. Weight is checked for safety, please be honest when you register.
Height:
There are no strict height restrictions, but very tall jumpers (6'4"+) may need specific harness checks.
Let us know and we'll confirm with your drop zone in advance.
Health:
You'll be asked to complete a medical declaration before your jump. You should not jump if you have recent or ongoing issues with your heart, back, joints, epilepsy or are pregnant. If you're unsure, speak to your GP before registering.
Important:
If a health condition or weight restriction prevents you from jumping after you've registered, please contact us as soon as possible at Ben@COBWOB.com so we can discuss your options.
Do I need any experience?
None at all. Every COBWOB skydive is a tandem jump.
You're harnessed to a fully qualified instructor for the entire experience, from exit to landing.
How high will I jump from?
Most of our drop zones jump from 10,000-15,000ft. We'll confirm the exact altitude when we arrange your slot.
How long is the free fall?
Free fall typically lasts 30-60 seconds depending on jump altitude.
Once the parachute opens, you'll have a 5-7 minute canopy ride down, which is honestly the bit most people love.
What should I wear?
Comfortable, fitted clothing, nothing loose or baggy.
Trainers or lace-up shoes. The airfield will provide your jumpsuit, harness and helmet on the day.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Skydiving is weather dependent. If your jump can't go ahead on your booked day due to weather, the airfield will rebook you at the earliest available slot at no extra cost.
Your £60 registration fee covers:
Your place on a COBWOB charity skydive
Coordination, admin and charity liaison
Your welcome pack with everything you need to prepare
Direct support from the COBWOB team from booking to jump day
Your fundraising covers:
The cost of your tandem jump at the airfield
A meaningful donation to your chosen charity
On the day, your airfield provides:
Full safety briefing and ground training
All equipment and jump gear
Your qualified tandem instructor
Debrief and post-jump support
What time should I arrive?
Your drop zone will send you a specific arrival time in your pre-jump briefing pack.
As a general rule, allow the full day. Skydiving is weather and queue dependent, and your jump time can shift.
What happens when I get there?
You'll check in at the dropzone, complete your registration and health declaration, and meet your instructor.
You'll then go through a ground training session covering body position, parachute deployment and landing procedure. This typically takes 20-30 minutes.
What should I bring?
Photo ID
Comfortable clothing and trainers
Water and snacks, you may be waiting
Your booking confirmation
A camera or phone for post-jump photos (your DZ may offer a photographer)
Friends, family or a cheering section, highly encouraged
What if my jump gets delayed?
Weather delays are completely normal! The drop zone team will keep you updated throughout the day.
If your jump cannot go ahead at all, you will be rebooked at no extra cost.
Registration fee:
The £60 registration fee is non-refundable.
It covers COBWOB's coordination and admin costs which are committed from the moment you register.
Rescheduling your jump date:
If you need to change your jump date, contact us as soon as possible at Ben@COBWOB.com and we'll do everything we can to move you to a new slot. This is subject to availability at your chosen dropzone.
Weather cancellations:
If your jump is cancelled on the day due to weather, your drop zone will rebook you directly at no extra cost.
This is handled between you and the airfield, COBWOB will support where needed.
Cancelling completely:
If you need to cancel your place entirely, please let us know.
While the registration fee cannot be refunded, we can discuss transferring your place to another person if you have someone ready to take it.
Jumping with a team? We love it.
Whether it's a corporate team day, a department challenge, a stag or hen do, or a group of friends doing something meaningful together, COBWOB can coordinate group skydives for 4 people upwards.
Group pricing starts at £70 per person (registration fee), with the same £400 fundraising target per jumper.
To enquire about a group booking, fill in the group enquiry form at the bottom of the skydive page and we'll come back to you within 48 hours with availability, airfield options and everything you need to get it organised.
